Head Coach Chris Navin turns 44 years young this year and aims to complete 44 indoor triathlons in 2025 while fundraising for the USA TRIATHLON FOUNDATION. Don't have access to a pool?
Join any of the TRI312 swim classes by 4 STAR ENDURANCE at www.SkylineSwim.com and use code "freeswim" to drop in a class, and then stick around after to complete a 10min non-stop swim + 20min Bike + 15min Run to complete your virtual triathlon!
INDOOR TRIATHLON - VIRTUAL TRIATHLON INSTRUCTIONS & RULES:
Complete your own VIRTUAL INDOOR TRI anytime, by simply completing the following, on your own schedule:
10min SWIM
20min BIKE
15min RUN
We encourage you to complete your indoor triathlon all at once, with just a 10min "T1" transition from SWIM to BIKE and a 5min "T2" transition from BIKE to RUN, but if you can't do all three activities together, simply complete each one individually whenever you can!
Don't forget to record the DISTANCE that you cover in the set amount of time!
